North Room:	$22 per hour local non-profit and ongoing use $28 per hour private use
South Rooms:	$18 per hour local non profit $22 per hour private
Weekends Friday 5 p.m to Sunday 9 p.m.
North Room:	$28 per hour local non-profit and ongoing use $35 per hour private
South Rooms:	$22 per hour non profit $28 per hour private OR: $350 per day entire facility use
Minimums & Discounts
	Minimums (North Room only) Weekday evening and weekend daytime rentals have a five hour minimum. Weekend evening rentals have a six hour minimum. Caspar Community Center Sustaining Pledgers ($20 or more per month by credit card pledge) receive a 10% discount. Pre-paid on-going weekly or monthly classes (minimum of six rentals) receive a 20% discount. Garbage and cleaning services are available at additional cost as negotiated with facilities manager.
