Rental Rates as of November 2011


Saturday event rental (entire facility)
	Six hour minimum. $35 per hour non-profit $42 per hour private
Friday and Sunday events (entire facility)
	$32 per hour non-profit $38 per hour private
Evening classes (ongoing)
	North or South Room: $20 per hour
Day classes (ongoing)
	North or South Room: $18 per hour
Weekday or Evening event use
	$24 per hour non-profit $30 per hour private
Kitchen use (by itself)
$25 per hour
Entire facility use
$550 per day
Minimums & Discounts
	Minimums Weekend evening rentals have a six hour minimum. Caspar Community Center Sustaining Pledgers ($20 or more per month by credit card pledge) receive a 10% discount. Garbage and cleaning services are available at additional cost as negotiated with facilities manager.
