Terms and Conditions
- All recycling, garbage, and trash must be removed from site. All trash containers shall be relined after use.
- No smoking inside or on the porches. No fires or fireworks on the property.
- If alcohol is to be sold at an event, Renter agrees to obtain a temporary liquor licence and submit copy to the CCC prior to event.
- Respect our neighbors. Quiet reigns after 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
- Furniture and equipment remains inside or on the decks.
- Renter pays for any broken or lost dishes, cups, or glasses.
- Nails, screws, tape, or staples are not to be used on the walls of the hall.
- Kitchen must be left clean, including stove, oven, refrigerator, counter tops, and floors. Do not leave leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Floors are to be swept and mopped, and the bathrooms cleaned. Grounds outside must be left free of cigarettes and litter.
- The heater, hot water heater, and all lights are to be turned off when you leave. Unplug the coffee machine.
- All doors are to be locked after use.
- No dogs in the building, except guide dogs. Dogs outdoors must be leashed and attended.
