Chairs will be available and the Center has wheelchair access in the rear of the building. Offered by Dyana Sangraal (accredited instructor for 35 years), T'ai Chi Chih is easy to learn and very effective -- even after one class. Many doctors are recommending t'ai chi for their Parkinson's patients. Benefits may include: improved breathing and circulation, better balance, enhanced concentration, and focus, stress reduction, strengthens bones, and improves digestion. Live music, dancing, over 30 vendor and non-profit booths, circus, kids activities, our annual Cupcake Walk (for all ages) with live music, and special circus activities for kids hosted by Spoon Circus. Great local organic food prepared by Dalen and the Caspar Kitchen Crew. Beer, wine, margaritas, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the bar.

Many doctors are recommending t'ai chi for their Parkinson's patients.
