Renting the Caspar Community Center


Terms and Conditions

  1. All recycling, garbage, and trash must be removed from site. All trash containers shall be relined after use.
  2. No smoking inside or on the porches. No fires or fireworks on the property.
  3. If alcohol is to be sold at an event, Renter agrees to obtain insurance coverage and a temporary liquor licence and submit copy to the CCC prior to event.
  4. Respect our neighbors. Quiet reigns after 10 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday.
  5. Furniture and equipment remains inside or on the decks.
  6. Renter pays for any broken or lost dishes, cups, or glasses.
  7. Nails, screws, tape, or staples are not to be used on the walls of the hall.
  8. Kitchen must be left clean, including stove, oven, refrigerator, counter tops, and floors. Do not leave leftovers in the refrigerator.
  9. Floors are to be swept and mopped, and the bathrooms cleaned. Grounds outside must be left free of cigarettes and litter.
  10. The heater, hot water heater, and all lights are to be turned off when you leave.
  11. All doors are to be locked after use.
  12. No dogs in the building, except guide dogs. Dogs outdoors must be leashed and attended.
