Weddings at the Caspar Community Center

The Caspar Community Center is an ideal setting for a wedding reception, accommodating up to 200 guests. Our South room with solarium and kitchen is lovely for dining. Our North room makes an ideal dance floor or it can hold overflow dining. The back porch provides a pastoral setting for post wedding appetizers and cocktail hour.

• Under 100 Guests:
  $2,500 + $350 Refundable Damage Deposit
• Over 100 Guests (200 person maximum):
  $3,000 + $450 Refundable Damage Deposit
• Additional time can be arranged at $50 per hour

Our state of the art kitchen, two dining rooms (or dining room and dance hall) are perfect for the party. Many weddings include the full array of events at the Center: rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony (inside, in the spacious back plaza, or on the adjacent Caspar Headlands State Reserve), reception, and even brunch on Sunday.

Our wedding package runs from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon to include set up and clean up. Use of the entire Center and grounds, 20 six foot tables, 150 padded folding chairs and our 'everyday' dishes and cookware are included in the fee. Extra time can be arranged at a rate of $50 per hour.
